PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of smoothly opening a valve for easy drinking, as in a conventional suction-type operation valve as a piston-type operation mechanism utilizing a Pascals law of negative pressure with a simple swing valve structure, a valve element is mounted to be opened in a direction opposite to a flow channel direction in drinking with suction force, and a valve element is sucked back even if it is opened, so that a person must sip with a small valve opening, and is hard to drink.SOLUTION: A main-valve valve element 17 is mounted to be opened in a flow channel forward direction, a bell crank-shaped arm 22 is mounted on a suction-valve valve element 18 opened to an opposite side in the longitudinal direction when observed from an inflow side, and the main-valve valve element 17 is connected to a connection rod 21, thus the main-valve valve element 17 is drawn and a main valve is opened when the suction-valve valve element 18 is closed by suction. As in this suction-type operation valve 1, a fluid is pressed out with the main-valve valve element 17 by a fluid pressure while drawing and opening the main-valve valve element 17 by sucking, and the fluid is sucked from a valve opening port, so that the suction-type operation valve 1 capable of smoothly being opened with high response can be provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】単純なスイング弁構造で、負圧のパスカルの法則を利用したピストン式の動作機構である吸引式作動弁において、低い吸引力で吸飲した時、弁体は流路方向と逆向きに開くように付いている為、弁開しても弁体を吸い引き戻してわずかな弁開度ですすり吸う感じになり、飲み辛い。もっと、スムーズに弁開する方法はないか検討した。【解決手段】主弁弁体17を流路順方向に開くように付け変え、流入側からみて前後逆開きに開くようにした呼吸弁弁体18に、ベルクランク状のアーム22を設けて前記主弁弁体17を連杆21で連結すると、吸引して前記呼吸弁弁体18が閉じると前記主弁弁体17が引かれて主弁が開く。この吸引式作動弁1において、吸引すると主弁弁体17を引いて弁開しながら、且つ流体圧で流体が主弁弁体17共々押し出されながら、且つ弁開口くちから流体を引き吸う形により、応答性の良いスムーズな弁開を行う吸引式作動弁1を提供する。【選択図】図1
