The valve body (22) includes a valve main body (30) having slits (32, 33), an inner projection (35) formed in an annular shape having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the insertion body (23) and projecting from a bottom face (30b) of the valve main body (30), and a pair of outer projections (36) arranged point-symmetrically to each other with respect to the axis of the inner projection (35), each of the pair of outer projections (36) projecting from the bottom face (30b) on the outer side in the radial direction with respect to the inner projection (35) and being arranged on the inner side of the insertion body (23).
