The present invention relates to a capsule type seagrass seed germination implantation device and a coastal sea forest creating method using the same and, more specifically, to a capsule type seagrass seed germination implantation device which comprises a capsule having an accommodation space, seagrass seeds included in the accommodation space of the capsule, and fertilizer included in the accommodation space of the capsule with the seagrass seeds to promote the growth of the seagrass seeds； and a method to create coastal sea forest by using the implantation device. According to the present invention, the capsule type seagrass seed germination implantation device promotes the growth of seagrass seeds with fertilizer when the seagrass seeds contained in a capsule are dropped into the sea and settled on the sea bottom surface to be dissolved, thereby having no inconvenience to be delivered to a dropping area or a destination and immobilized on the sea bottom surface after arranging seaweed or fixating seagrass on an assembly piece or a structure for implanting seagrass completed with the assembling when creating coastal sea forest. In addition, the present invention is able to greatly reduce costs for seagrass implantation； and is beneficial for the creation of coastal sea forest by having a high germination rate of seagrass seeds.본 발명은 캡슐형 잘피종자 발아 이식기구 및 이를 이용한 연안 바다숲 조성방법에 관한 것으로； 수용공간이 형성되는 캡슐과, 상기 캡슐의 수용공간에 구비되는 잘피종자와, 상기 잘피종자의 생육을 촉진시키기 위해 상기 캡슐의 수용공간에 상기 잘피종자와 함께 구비되는 비료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐형 잘피종자 발아 이식기구와； 그 이식 기구를 이용해 연안 바다숲을 조성하는 방법을 제공한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 캡슐형 잘피종자 발아 이식기구는 잘피종자를 캡슐에 넣은 상태로 이루어짐에 따라 바다에 투하시 해저면에 정착하는 경우 용해되어 비료 등과 함께 잘피종자의 생육을 촉진시키므로 연안 바다숲 조성시 조립이 완성된 잘피 이식용 구조물이나 조립구에 잘피를 고정하거나 해초를 배치한 후 투하지역 또는 목적지에 운반 및 해저면에 고정해야 하는 번거로움이 없고 잘피 이식을 위한 비용 부담도 대폭 줄일 수 있고 잘피종자의 발아율도 높아 연안 바다숲을 조성에 유리하다.
