An apparatus (10) for seeding germinated seeds or non-germinated seed pellets, comprising a first main frame (11), which supports a distribution tank (12) which contains a water-based mix with germinated seeds or non-germinated seed pellets or the like, a second frame (14) being coupled to the first frame (11) by means (13) for lifting and lowering it and supporting a seeding assembly (15), which in turn comprises- means (16) for flattening the soil before seeding,- means (17) for forming a furrow in the soil, which are adapted to form a plurality of laterally adjacent seed beds,- a hydraulic system (18) for dispensing the water-based mix of pregerminated seeds or non-germinated seed pellets from the distribution tank 12 toward each one of the seed beds.
