PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical probe supporter for performing organism light irradiation and detection, which fixes an optical probe and also creates an optically excellent state by adjusting the optical characteristic values of an organism tissue and an optical member even concerning long-term light measurement and light irradiation.SOLUTION: The optical probe supporter is used for fixing the optical probe 18, which irradiates a living body with light or detects light, onto the surface of the living body. The optical probe supporter includes: a supporter body 31 having an insertion port 32, into which the optical probe 18 is inserted, and also having a living body contact surface 31a to come into contact with the surface of a living body when fixing and holding the optical probe 18 inserted into the insertion port 32 to fix the optical probe 18 onto the surface of the living body and an optical characteristic matching part 33 which is provided at a position corresponding to a light irradiation part or detection part in the insertion port 32, and of which the thickness is &ge5 &mum and &le50 &mum and the refractive index is &ge1.3 and &le1.6, and which matches the refractive index of light between the optical probe and the living body.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】光学式プローブを固定するとともに、長時間の光計測や光照射についても生体組織と光学部材の光学特性値を調整し光学的に良好な状態を作り出すことが可能な生体光照射検出用の光学式プローブ支持具を提供する。【解決手段】光を生体に照射あるいは検出する光学式プローブ18を生体表面に固定するために利用する光学式プローブ支持具であって、光学式プローブ18を挿入する挿入口32が設けられ、挿入口32に挿入された光学式プローブ18を固定保持し、光学式プローブ18を生体表面に固定する際に生体表面と接触する生体接触面31aを有する支持具本体31と、挿入口32内の光の照射部あるいは検出部に対応する位置に設けられ、厚さが5μm以上50μm以下であり、屈折率が1.3以上1.6以下であって、光学式プローブと生体間における光の屈折率を整合する光学特性整合部33とを備える。【選択図】図1
