Provided are a method for accurately measuring the content of a blood component of a human body by using a non-invasive means and by means of the rate of a blood component of a human body absorbing infrared light at a specific frequency, and a device therefor with a simple structure. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a part to be measured (S101); performing temperature adjustment on the part to be measured (S102); using an infrared light detection signal to irradiate the part to be measured (S103); acquiring a feedback signal (S104); and when the part to be measured is at at least two different temperatures, respectively acquiring the feedback signal at the corresponding temperature, and obtaining, through calculation, the content of a component to be measured in blood (S105). The measuring device comprises a main control circuit (1), a signal generator (2), a positioning device (5), a signal receiver (8) and a temperature adjustment device (3). The method for measuring the content of a blood component of a human body provides medical researchers with a new idea of accurately acquiring the content of a blood component of a human body by means of non-invasive detection, and in particular research on the infrared multi-spectral characteristics of a biomarker of a cancer.
