A multi-screen displaying device of medical images and a procedure execution method thereof are disclosed. The disclosed multi-screen displaying, which is serially connected with a medical equipment having an equipment screen, a photograph lens and an output end, includes a host, a control screen and a plurality of screens. The procedure execution method has steps of: (1) unidirectionally serially connecting the output end of the medical equipment to the host, in which the medical equipment includes the photograph lens, the equipment screen and the output end (2) bidirectionally serially connecting the control screen having a control lens to interface input ends of the host which is equipped with a plurality of interface input ends, a transmitter and a storing unit and outputting the medical equipment to a photograph frame or an image display of the host and (3) providing the plurality of screens configured with receivers which are connected with the transmitters of the host, and transmitting a feedback of the photograph frame or the image display which is output from the control screen to the host to the plurality of screens.
