The invention relates to an eye-washing device comprising: a support body (2) configured to adapt to the eye (E) of a patient (P), including separating means (3) for separating the eyelid from the eye (E); and irrigation tubing (4) with perforations (5) that allow the eye (E) to be irrigated with a washing solution. The support body (2) is made up of a first part (6) and a second part (7) which can be coupled to one another and which in turn include assembly means (8) allowing the two parts (6, 7) to be joined to form the irrigation tubing (4) and subsequently separated.
