PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a terpene derivative presenting collagen production action.SOLUTION: The terpene derivative is a derivative in which a terpene such as pinene or cadinene is bonded to a peptide. The terpene derivative is produced by an ester exchange reaction by fermentation. The production method includes steps in which a fermentation broth obtained by adding Monascus purpureus to Cornus officinalis fruit and rice bran powder to cause fermentation is subjected to protease treatment. In these steps, the terpene derivative by Monascus purpureus is subjected to reduction of the molecular weight. The obtained terpene derivative presents more excellent collagen production action in comparison with FGF, and further is applied to a cosmetic, a food preparation or a pharmaceutical. Especially, when being used as a cosmetic, the terpene derivative can be applied to a cosmetic excellent in improvement of tension or luster of skin, or elasticity of skin.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 コラーゲン産生作用を呈するテルペン誘導体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 テルペン誘導体とはピネンやカジネンなどのテルペンとペプチドが結合している誘導体である。テルペン誘導体は発酵によるエステル交換反応により生成される特徴を有する。製造方法はサンシュユ果実及びコメヌカ粉末にベニコウジ菌を添加して発酵させた発酵液をプロテアーゼ処理する工程からなる。これらの工程によりベニコウジ菌によるテルペン誘導体が低分子化される。得られるテルペン誘導体はFGFに比較して優れたコラーゲン産生作用を呈する。さらに、化粧料、食品製剤、医薬品として応用される。特に、化粧料に利用した場合、皮膚のハリやツヤの改善、皮膚の弾力に優れた化粧料に応用される。【選択図】なし
