PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutting blade that is able to easily obtain a blade depth corresponding to a purpose with a predetermined strength by fixing a plurality of wavy segments of predetermined hardness, separately from a base metal from which a saw-like blade can be formed on the outer peripheral edge of the disk-like base metal, and that can be prolonged in the life of the cutting blade itself and can be formed at a low cost.SOLUTION: A rotary cutting blade comprises: a disk-like base metal with a mount hole formed in a central position thereof and a wavy segment in which an inner peripheral face of a wavy base material having a plurality of projections and recesses is fixed to the outer peripheral edge of the base metal and the outer peripheral edge of the base material is ground, thereby forming a saw-like blade. The base metal is formed from a steel plate and the wavy segment is formed from a hard-metal copper plate, which are joined by brazing or laser. A predetermined space is provided between the lengthwise end faces of a pair of wavy segments fixed adjacently. Also, in a position corresponding to each of the spaces of the base metal, a distortion absorbing groove is provided so as to communicate with the space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】円盤状の台金の外周縁部にギザギザ刃を形成し得る台金とは別体の所定硬度の波形セグメントを複数固着することで、所定強度で目的に応じた刃の深さが容易に得られると共に切断刃自体の寿命を延ばして安価に形成し得る回転切断刃を提供する。【解決手段】中心位置に取付孔が形成された円盤状の台金と、複数の山部と谷部を有した波形形状の基材の内周面が台金の外周縁部に固着されると共に基材の外周縁部が研磨されることによりギザギザ刃が形成された波形セグメントとを備えることを特徴とする。前記台金が鋼板で形成されると共に波形セグメントが超硬合金で形成され、これらがロー付け接合もしくはレーザー接合される。また、隣接して固着される一対の波形セグメントの長手方向の端面間に所定の隙間が設けられると共に、台金の隙間に対応した位置に当該隙間に連通する状態で歪み吸収溝が設けられる。【選択図】図1
