PURPOSE: An environment-friendly cooler for removing condensate and environment-friendly compost making device having the same are provided to consecutively insert domestic waste because the waste successively passes through divided spaces. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly cooler(500) for removing condensate comprises an outer casing(510), barriers(520), a plurality of cooling pipes, a flue(540), and a blowing fan. The outer casing is formed into a closed box shape. The outer casing comprises a gas inlet(512) and gas outlet(514) in the upper part of both sides. The barriers are installed in the upper and lower sides of the outer casing in zigzag. The inflow gas consecutively moves up and down through a flow path of the barriers. The plurality of cooling pipes penetrates through the outer casing and barriers in a horizontal direction and are arranged to be separately from each other. The outer casing seals one side through which the cooling pipes penetrate and comprises an exhaust port in the upper part. The blowing fan is formed in the exhaust port and generates a suction force.폐기물로부터 퇴비를 생산하는 퇴비 제조장치에 사용되는 냉각기에 관한 것으로, 외부 공기를 유입하여 퇴비화 과정에서 발생하는 수분을 응축시켜 제거하는 냉각기에 관하여 개시한다.본 발명은 밀폐된 박스 형상을 가지며 양측 상부에 가스입구와 가스출구를 구비하는 외통； 상기 외통의 상면 또는 하면에 지그재그 형태로 구비되어 유입된 가스가 연속적으로 승하강 하는 유로를 가지도록 하는 격벽； 상기 외통과 상기 격벽을 수평방향으로 관통하며 서로 이격되게 배치되는 복수의 냉각관； 상기 냉각관이 관통된 일측면을 밀폐하며 상부에 배출구를 구비하는 연통； 및 상기 배출구에 구비되어 흡입력을 발생시키는 송풍팬；을 포함하는 친환경 냉각기를 제공한다.
