The present invention provides an extracellular matrix extraction method using a supercritical fluid, comprising the following steps: (a) injecting extracted adipose tissues into a reactor； (b) preparing a supercritical fluid by pressurizing a solvent； and (c) adding the supercritical fluid to the reactor to remove cells from the adipose tissues and degreasing to extract extracellular matrix.본 발명은 (a) 추출한 지방조직을 반응기에 주입하는 단계； (b) 용매를 가압하여 초임계유체를 제조하는 단계； 및 (c) 상기 초임계유체를 상기 반응기에 투입하여 상기 지방조직에서 세포를 제거하고, 탈지하여 세포외기질을 추출하는 단계；를 포함하는 초임계유체를 이용한 세포외기질 추출방법을 제공한다.
