PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide wire flexible in a distal portion and capable of preventing damage such as breakage and separation of a coil in the distal portion.SOLUTION: A guide wire 100 includes: an elongated core member 110； and a luminal body 120 located to cover a periphery of a distal portion 111 of the core member.
