The present invention relates to a pressure pad for waist protection. The pressure pad comprises: a flexible pressure belt body encircling and covering a waist and spring members elastically moving upward and downward since both ends thereof are fixed on an upper part and a lower part of a belt, and gives a vertical repulsive force to the lumbar of a wearer by the elastic reaction of the spring members when the pressure pad is worn.
