Problem to be solved: to provide a tube having a flexible bellows shaped tube and a pipe member made of a resin member for preventing and fixing the outer periphery of the steel pipe to prevent the diameter of the tube from being deformed and maintaining the normal diameter.Solution: the steel pipe 11 having a long length and hollow flexibility and a resin member 12 for preventing rotation of a predetermined width to be fitted and fixed to the outer periphery of the steel pipe are fixed, and the steel pipe 11 and the resin member 12 are fixed through a pipe diameter maintaining mechanism which is operated so that the pressing force of each other is balanced and maintained.
