PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for removing anisotropic noise functioning as an image filter highly precisely analyzing an elongate linear structure, and an anisotropic noise eliminating method.
SOLUTION: The program of the present invention causes a computer to function as a linear concentration ratio measuring means 82 assuming a vicinity area near a remarking point on an image and presuming a searching line, and calculating a linear concentration ratio according to the same, a vector concentration line obtaining means 83 obtaining the searching line in which the linear concentration ratio becomes maximum as a vector concentration line, a line information obtaining means 84 obtaining all information of lines on the image making a part of a predetermined value or more in the linear concentration ratios as the lines, a vicinity area setting means 85 setting anisotropic vicinity areas to each pixel in the lines, and a noise removing means 86 carrying out noise processing in the vicinity area, and removes the anisotropic noise in the linear area of the image.
