With the help of the processing scheme, descriptors are calculated, obtained from the features in each of a plurality of cells in a grid, superimposed on each image of a plurality of craniofacial images from a first set of first individuals, susceptible to genetic disorders, having a first genetic disorder, and from a second set of second individuals, susceptible to genetic disorders having a second genetic disorder, and at least one individual not affected by genetic disorders, that does not have one of the first and second genetic disorders. Plurality of vectors are created by the processing circuit by collecting descriptors from a plurality of cells on a plurality of craniofacial images of individuals, susceptible to and unaffected by genetic disorders. Descriptors obtained from the features in each of the plurality of cells in the grid superimposed on the image of the subject are calculated using the image of the subject using the processing scheme. One or more vectors are created by the processing circuit by collecting descriptors from a plurality of cells on the craniofacial image of the subject.
