FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: device includes vertical body of table with possibility of height changing, which is positionally fixed in its base. Pivot mechanism is located in upper part of vertical body, made in form of cylinder, coaxially with it. To pivot mechanism fixed is orthogonal profile with projection in its upper part and projection with toothed surface in its middle part, which are functionally connected with mobile device of instrument table by means of two spaced from each other bearings and toothed gear wheel of drive. Drive case is fixed on mobile device, in lower part of which also located are two spaced additional bearings, contacting with lateral lower part of orthogonal profile. Additional cylinder is fixed from the other side of mobile device. Inside cylinder located is rod with longitudinal toothed surface on its surface, which is functionally connected with gear wheel of first stepper motor with device, excluding its free rotation, fixed on mobile device. Upper part of rod with longitudinal toothed surface is fixed in central hole of instrument table body, in its lower part, for joint reciprocating vertical movement. Upper part of rod is located inside body of instrument table, bushing with a top slot for fixation with mobile upper part of instrument table being located on it. In lower part of bushing made is gear wheel of larger diameter for functional connection with gear wheel of second stepper motor of turning mobile upper part of instrument table. Functional connection is realised in form of upper and lower gear wheels. Upper gear wheel is fixed on upper end of additional rod with longitudinal slot and is functionally connected inside instrument table body with gear wheel of larger diameter.
