PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange device capable of reducing the noise of a dialyzer and effectively utilizing exhaust heat inside a casing.
SOLUTION: The heat exchange device 3 disposed inside the casing 2 of the dialyzer 1 and capable of heating dialysate or water for preparing the dialysate includes: a fin 6 (gas heat absorption means) for absorbing the heat of air inside the casing 2 a first heat transfer plate 7 (heat transfer means for gas) for transferring the heat absorbed by the fin 6 to the dialysate or the water for preparing the dialysate to heat it and a second heat transfer plate 9 (heat transfer means for liquid) for transferring the heat of the dialysate discharged from a blood purifier to the dialysate supplied to the blood purifier or the water for preparing the dialysate to heat it.
