The lip cosmetic of the present invention comprises the following (A) and (B).(A) an oil phase has (a1) and (a2): (a1) 5 to 70% by mass of a nonvolatile hydrocarbon oil having hydrogenated polyisobutene, (a2) 5 to 70% by mass of methylphenyl silicone which is separated at 25℃ when mixed with (a1)； (B) an aqueous phase has (b1) and (b2): (b1) 10 to 80% by mass of an aqueous component, (b2) 0.01 to 10% by mass of a coloring material.本發明提供一種水潤度、無黏瘩性、光澤、透明性、光澤持久性優異的水中油型乳化唇用化妝料。本發明的唇用化妝料包含後述(A)、(B)：(A)含有(a1)及(a2)的油相(a1)含有氫化聚異丁烯的非揮發性烴油5至70質量%(a2)在25℃與(a1)混合時會分離的甲基苯基矽酮5至70質量%；(B)含有(b1)及(b2)的水相(b1)水性成分10至80質量%(b2)有色材料0.01至10質量%。
