Ledit espace présente sensiblement la forme dun long corps creux afin de permettre à ce dernier de croître dans lespace intérieur, la direction de la croissance du corps creux partant sensiblement dun premier côté longitudinal de lespace intérieur et se dirigeant vers un second côté longitudinal sensiblement opposé au premier.
