The orthodontic treatment wire is inserted into the insertion groove of the bracket, and has a curved shape so that both sides of the orthodontic treatment wire are closely united with the bottom of the insertion groove.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 치열교정장치의 부품인 브라켓의 삽입홈과 상기 삽입홈에 삽입되는 교정선의 고착된 상태를 개선한 치열교정장치에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명에 따른 치열교정장치는 치아의 표면에 부착되는 부착판을 가지며 교정선의 삽입홈을 수직면으로 하고, 삽입홈의 바닥면은 곡선형으로 형성된 브라켓 및 상기의 삽입홈과 형합되도록 양면을 곡선형으로 하여 형합결합으로 견고히 삽입될 수 있도록 이루어져 삽입홈에 삽입되는 교정선 을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.치열교정장치의 브라켓 삽입홈의 바닥면과 교정선의 양면이 곡선형으로 형성되어 형합결합 되도록 구성되어 있기 때문에 브라켓과 교정선 간의 마찰이 종전의 모서리가 있던 상태에 비해 많이 감소하게 되므로, 브라켓의 삽입홈에 교정선이 슬라이딩 되며 삽입될 때 삽입 및 철거 수공이 용이하여 치열교정치료의 편리성에 효과가 있다.그리고 마찰이 감소하게 되어 브라켓의 이동을 정확하게 조절할 수 있게 되므로 치아를 정위치로 교정할 수 있어 치료가 정확해지고, 그만큼 치료기간을 단축할 수 있는 효과가 크다.
