PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heated resveratrol composition comprising a cyclization reaction product of resveratrol and a producing method thereof, and differentiation inducing composition for white adipocyte into brown adipocyte comprising the heated resveratrol composition and food, medicament or quasi drug thereof having excellent safety while exerting new effect, such as differentiation inducing ability for white adipocyte into brown adipocyte which has not been observed in resveratrol.SOLUTION: There is provided a heated resveratrol composition obtained by heating resveratrol under alkaline condition. The composition contains 3 kinds of resveratrol polymer compounds and phenol at 100 μg/mL or less per 20 mg/mL of solid content.
