This publication provides an application in the field of pharmaceutical science and technology for the production of anti-tumor drugs, and anti-piwil2 gene expression protein antibody.This disclosure also provides an antitumor drug composition and a tumor therapy method.Experiments show that the treatment of human or mouse tumor cells with Kao3 at the time of inoculation can effectively inhibit the development of mouse tumors.The injection of Kao 3 into lymphoma, breast cancer, lung cancer and cervical cancer significantly inhibits tumor growth and prolongs survival of tumor bearing mice.The inhibitory effect by Kao3 is associated with the Kao3 specific antigen expressed on the surface of tumor cells.Kao3 inhibits cell cycle in G2 / M phase, inhibits DNA synthesis and activates complement to induce tumor apoptosis.Therefore, anti-pl2l60mab (kaao3) can be expected as a candidate drug for treating cancer.Diagram本公開は医薬技術分野に関し、ＰＩＷＩＬ２遺伝子の異常発現を阻害する試薬及び抗ＰＩＷＩＬ２遺伝子異常発現タンパク質抗体の、抗腫瘍薬の製造における応用を提供する。本公開はさらに抗腫瘍医薬組成物及び腫瘍治療方法を提供する。実験によって、接種するときにＫＡＯ３でヒト又はマウス腫瘍細胞を処理すると、マウス腫瘍の発生を効果的に阻害できることが確認される。また、ＫＡＯ３を作成したリンパ腫、乳癌、肺癌及び子宮頸部癌に注射すると、腫瘍成長を著しく阻害し、担癌マウスの生存を延長させることができる。ＫＡＯ３による阻害効果は腫瘍細胞表面で発現させたＫＡＯ３特異的抗原と関連する。ＫＡＯ３はＧ２／Ｍ期に細胞周期を停滞させ、ＤＮＡ合成を阻害し、補体を活性化させることで腫瘍アポトーシスを誘導する。従って、抗ＰＬ２Ｌ６０ ｍＡｂ（ＫＡＯ３）は、癌を治療するための候補治療薬として期待できる。 【選択図】図１
