PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very ecological cultivation system and a plant cultivation house which make best use of solar energy and rainwater and can cultivate plants even in places without electricity and water.SOLUTION: An eco-cultivation system and plant cultivation house having a sunlight panel attached as a roof of a plant cultivation house using solar light, a conveyance part for conveying a storage tray 41 on which a plant cultivation all-round pot 40 is placed to the gondolas 2 and 3, and an elevation part utilizing the principle of lever and utilizing rainwater for the storage tray, and a reflective sheet attached to the floor/north side inner wall are provided, wherein by cultivating plants while conveying them using the plant cultivation all-round pot 40 and the storage tray 41, light is evenly applied to activate photosynthesis, air current caused by moving as well as moderate shaking and vibration are useful for air-conditioning and pollination of cultivated plants, and rain water falling on the solar panel is gathered to use for hydroponic nutrient solution and water of power source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】電気・水が無い場所でも植物栽培ができる太陽光エネルギーと雨水を最大限利用した大変エコなエコ栽培システムと植物栽培ハウスを提供する。【解決手段】太陽光利用型植物栽培ハウスの屋根として太陽光パネルを取り付け、植物栽培万能ポット４０が載った収納トレー４１をゴンドラ２，３に渡す搬送部と収納トレーを雨水を利用しテコの原理を利用した昇降部を備え、床・北側内壁に反射シートを取り付け、栽培植物を植物栽培万能ポット４０と収納トレー４１を使用し移動栽培する事で光を均等に当て光合成を活発にし、移動による気流や程よい揺れと振動で空調や栽培植物の受粉に役立ち、水耕栽培の養液や動力源の水は太陽光パネルに降り注ぐ雨水を集め利用するエコ栽培システムおよび植物栽培ハウス。【選択図】図１
