The present invention relates to a water cultivation device comprising a water cultivation plate including a body consisting of a rectangular plate and having multiple cultivation holes penetrating up and down through a plane, guide units formed on both ends of the body having a step pulley between them, a hanging projection downwardly protruding on the front end of the body, and a hanging groove formed on the rear end in order to be opened to the top and consist of a groove which is coupled with the hanging projection； and a moving conveyor having a bottom plate, a side plate which is extended and bended to the top from both ends of the bottom plate, a guide plate which is integrally formed on the top end of the side plate so that the guide units of the water cultivation plate are hung in order to horizontally move, a support housing which can support multiple water cultivation plates, and a moving conveyor which is installed on the front end of the support housing and which is separated and discharged one by one from the support housing by forcibly moving the water cultivation plate put on the guide plate.
