PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing frozen dessert intended for solving conventional technical problems, and which is capable of appropriately stirring, even for a high-viscosity mixture as a whole in a hopper, and of maintaining uniform temperature for the mixture as a whole.
SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing frozen dessert SM includes producing frozen dessert, by cooling mix which is suitably supplied from a hopper 2 which stores and cold reserves mix, while stirring the mix with a cooling cylinder 8. The apparatus has a stirrer 5, which is set on the inner bottom of the hopper 2 and stirs mix in the hopper 2, and a mix rectifier plate 50 which is set in the hopper 2.
