PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise components remaining in interference light due to wavelength dependence (a characteristic of differentiating branch ratios according to wavelengths) of optical path branching means in a tomographic apparatus for detecting differential motion.SOLUTION: A tomographic apparatus includes: optical path branch means that splits light from a wavelength sweeping light source into measuring light and reference light and branches an optical path of interference light interfering return light from an analyte to which the measurement light is applied, and the reference light, into a plurality of optical paths control means that adjusts intensities of the plurality of interference light beams synchronously with the wavelength sweeping of the wavelength sweeping light source so as to reduce intensity differences in the plurality of interference light beams passing through the plurality of optical paths, generated by wavelength dependence of the optical path branch means and differential motion detection means for detecting differential motion of the plurality of interference light beams, the intensities of which have been adjusted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 差動検出を行う断層撮像装置において、光路分岐手段の波長依存性(波長に応じて分岐比が異なる特性)が原因で干渉光に残存するノイズ成分を低減すること。【解決手段】 断層撮像装置は、波長掃引光源からの光を測定光と参照光とに分割し、該測定光を照射した被検査物からの戻り光と該参照光とを干渉した干渉光の光路を複数の光路に分岐する光路分岐手段と、光路分岐手段の波長依存性により生じる該複数の光路を通る複数の干渉光の強度差を低減するように、波長掃引光源の波長掃引に同期して該複数の干渉光の強度を調整する制御手段と、該強度が調整された複数の干渉光を差動検出する差動検出手段と、を有する。【選択図】 図5
