The tooth coloring mechanism according to the present invention includes a main body in which a tooth coloring agent accommodating portion is formed, a tooth coloring agent discharge port being provided on one side of the main body a piston that is coupled with the other side of the main body and moves forward in the accommodating portion so that the tooth coloring agent accommodated in the accommodating portion is discharged through the discharge port a discharger that is attached to or detached from the discharge port, an ejection port being provided on one side thereof so that the tooth coloring agent allowed to flow in by the piston is discharged and a cotton tip that is provided in the ejection port so that the tooth coloring agent becomes wet therewith.
