The flow detecting sensor is connected a follicular fluid conduit 5 to detect current flow rate of follicular fluid in the follicular fluid conduit 5. The switch controls the flow controlling device to turn on and off. The flow controlling device is connected to a vacuum suction device 6 and controls a pressure of the vacuum suction device 6 to make the current flow rate of the follicular fluid to reach a preset flow rate. The display screen displays the current flow rate of the follicular fluid and the preset flow rate.
