PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing cervical spines is provided to prevent a screw from being released by forming a locking plate which shields the whole or a part of the upper end of the screw. CONSTITUTION: A plate(20) comprises a plurality of screw holes(23) and mounting holes formed between the screw holes. Screws(30) are inserted into the cervical spines through the screw holes. A head part(31) at the top of the screw is settled in the screw hole. A locking plate(10) is inserted into the mounting hole, and rotated to shield the screw hole. A fixing protrusion protrudes at a size for being inserted into a settling groove(22).본 발명은, 경추에 플레이트를 밀착시키고 상기 플레이트에 형성된 스크류홀을 통하여 스크류를 경추에 삽입하되 상기 스크류의 헤드부가 스크류홀에 안착되는 경추 고정용 기구에 있어서,상기 플레이트에는 잠금판이 결합되되, 상기 잠금판은 스크류홀을 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 차폐하는 잠금위치와 스크류홀을 개방시키는 열림위치로 회전가능하여 회전 위치에 따라 스크류의 이탈을 단속하는 것을 특징으로 한다.상기와 같은 구성의 본 발명은, 잠금판의 회전에 따라 용이하게 스크류의 풀림을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
