The present invention relates to an implant device for the first cervical spine and, more specifically, to an implant device for the first cervical spine, comprising: an implant forming unit provided with a pair of pedicle screws inserted into a pair of screw heads respectively to be fixedly inserted into bone of the first cervical spine, a rod horizontally connected to the pair of screw heads into which the pair of pedicle screws are inserted, and a pair of coupling nuts inserted into the pair of screw heads to which the rod is connected； and a fixed support forming unit capable of maintaining self-fixation only by a surgical operation of the implant forming unit through fixed support for horizontal connection of the pair of pedicle screws at a lower position of the pair of screw heads of the implant forming unit. The present invention can maintain self-fixation at the first cervical spine only by the surgical operation of the implant forming unit.본 발명은 경추 1번용 임플란트 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 경추 1번용 임플란트 장치로서, 한 쌍의 나사머리에 각각 삽입되어 경추 1번용 뼈에 삽입 고정되기 위한 한 쌍의 추경 나사와, 상기 한 쌍의 추경 나사가 삽입된 한 쌍의 나사머리를 수평으로 연결하기 위한 로드와, 상기 로드가 연결되는 상기 한 쌍의 나사머리에 삽입되는 한 쌍의 체결 너트를 구비하는 임플란트 구성부； 및 상기 임플란트 구성부의 한 쌍의 나사머리 하부 위치에서, 상기 한 쌍의 추경 나사를 수평으로 연결하는 고정 지지를 통해 상기 임플란트 구성부의 시술만으로 셀프 고정 유지가 가능하도록 하는 고정 지지 구성부를 포함하는 것을 그 구성상의 특징으로 한다.본 발명에서 제안하고 있는 경추 1번용 임플란트 장치에 따르면, 경추 1번용 뼈에 삽입 고정되어 시술되는 임플란트 구성부에 고정 지지 구성부를 더 포함하여 구성함으로써, 임플란트 구성부의 시술만으로 경추 1번에서의 셀프 고정 유지가 가능하도록 할 수 있다.또한, 본 발명에 따르면, 경추 1번만의 시술이 필요한 환자의 경우, 임플란트 구성부의 시술과 함께 고정 지지 구성부를 통해 임플란트 구성부의 시술된 추경 나사의 체결 고정에 경추의 움직임에 따라 발생할 수 있는 고정 상태의 변형이 방지될 수 있도록 할 수 있다.뿐만 아니라, 본 발명은, 경추 1번의 임플란트 시술 시, 경추 1번 이외에도 부가적인 임플란트 시술이 요구되는 기존과 달리, 경추 1번의 임플란트 시술만으로도 셀프 고정 유지가 가능하고, 그에 따른 임플란트 시술 시간 및 비용이 적게 발생할 수 있도록 할 수 있으며, 추가적인 경추 2번 나사못의 고정에 따른 경추 1,2번간의 움직임이 제한되는 단점을 피할 수 있다.
