Disclosed is a device and a method for medical image reconstruction. The method comprises obtaining image data of a medical scanner； obtaining a noise model for the image data from the medical scanner； obtaining an initial model indicative of expected image data properties； obtaining a mapping, wherein the mapping is indicative of a mapping from the medical scanner； determining a set of candidate images based on the image data, the noise model, the initial model, and the mapping； and determining and outputting a first representation of the image data based on the set of candidate images.La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de reconstruction d'image médicale.
