PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corset for pet animal, capable of restricting the movement of the vertebra of a four-legged pet animal worn therewith to effect stabilizing the vertebra and of keeping the waist of the four-legged pet animal in a floating condition as well, thus capable of helping the rising action and/or walking action of the four-legged pet animal by making the four-legged pet animals waist float, which has sunk due to e.g. the paralysis of the hind leg(s) thereof.SOLUTION: The corset 10 for a pet animal comprises a corset body 11 for applying onto the back of the pet animal, a left hind leg belt 12a ranging from a point in front of the base of the left hind leg 21 via the inner thigh side to the buttocks and is fixed on the upper surface of the corset body 11, and a right hind leg belt 12b ranging from a point in front of the base of the right hind leg 22 via the inner thigh side to the buttocks and is fixed on the upper surface of the corset body 11.
