PROCÉDÉ DE FABRICATION DE PROTHÈSE DENTAIRE FAISANT APPEL À UN SUPPORT DE COIFFE DE GOUTTIÈRE POUR FIXER DES FAUSSES DENTS DE FAÇON À LES EMPÊCHER DE BOUGER PENDANT LE FRAISAGE
The present invention relates to a dentures manufacturing method using a tray cap jig for fixing false teeth so as to prevent the movement thereof during the milling thereof, the method making an engraved tray cap jig according to the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped container or the shape of the arrangement of teeth inside the oral cavity by using a 3D printer through dental dentures design software, and comprising the steps of: 1. making a jig having the same shape as the shape of the rectangular parallelepiped container or the shape of the arrangement of the teeth inside the oral cavity by means of the 3D printer; 2. inserting the false teeth into false teeth grooves of the engraved tray cap jig; and 3. inserting the false teeth into the tray cap jig, and then respectively cutting the roots of the false teeth at a length designated by the dental dentures design software. In the present invention, when the tray cap jig made by the 3D printer is used, the tray cap jig can be made according to teeth shapes like those of different manufacturers. Therefore, the present invention enables the tray cap jig to be made arbitrarily by means of the 3D printer according to the teeth manufacturers and in the shapes of the teeth made by the manufacturers, and thus can resolve an existing problem. In addition, when a customized tray cap jig is formed with a teeth shape by means of the 3D printer so as to enable the teeth to be made, the teeth with the cosmetic and functional features of the teeth of many manufacturers can be easily and variously provided to patients. Furthermore, a false teeth making process is also corrected so that only the root portion of the false teeth is conveniently machined by using the customized tray cap jig through the 3D printer instead of 3D printing or milling the whole false teeth, thereby having a remarkable effect of reducing machining time by several tenths so as to also reduce manufacturing costs.La présente invention concerne un procédé
