The present invention relates to a backscratcher having a function of attaching a medicated patch with a built-in camera, and more specifically, to a backscratcher having a function of attaching a medicated patch, of which a head portion (21) capable of attaching a medicated patch is mounted on a backscratcher head portion, thereby enabling a user to easily attach a medicated patch to a portion such as the back that cannot be reached by a hand on his or her own by using a built-in camera. In the present invention, a medicated patch (10) is received in a head portion (21) coupled to a scratch portion (22) which performs a function of the backscratcher, a half of an attachment surface of the medicated patch is received in a coupling portion (24), and an attachment preventing surface (33) is embedded to prevent the attachment surface of the medicated patch (10) from attaching to the backscratcher. The present invention comprises: a camera portion (32) formed on an upper end of the head portion (21) for a medicated patch attached portion to be identified； a magnet portion (31) formed to stably support the medicated patch (10) on the coupling portion (24)； and a handle portion (23) extendable by a length adjusting portion (25).
