PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch which can be used for over a long period of time, can correct scar and a wound surface to be an intend shape, and is suitably used for fibrous growth disease treatment or scar treatment.SOLUTION: The patch at least includes a support 11, and an adhesive layer 12 which is prepared on at least one surface of the support, wherein a stretch rate of the patch is less than 1% at 5N load, and is less than 5% at 10N load. An expansion power of the patch is at least 5N/25 mm at 1% stretch. An absorption rate of the patch is at least 70% after one hour.
