PURPOSE: A skin external composition is provided to enhance gene expression of hyaluronic acid synthase 2(HAS2) and prevent skin dryness and aging. CONSTITUTION: A skin external composition for promoting hyaluronic acid generation contains extract of Punica granatum L. and Tussilago farfara. The composition further contains one or more extract selected from camellia flower and Nelumbo nucifera. The composition is used in the form of skin softener, massage cream, nutrition cream, pack, gel, lotion, ointment, patch or spray.본 발명은 석류꽃 및 관동화 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 조성물은 인체 세포에 존재하는 히알루론산 합성효소(hyaluronic acid synthase 2, HAS2)의 유전자 발현을 증가시켜, 인체의 히알루론산(hyaluronic acid)) 생성 작용을 활성화시키며, 또한 버시칸(versican)의 합성을 촉진하고, 버시칸 분해를 담당하는 MMP-12의 생성을 억제함으로써 세포외 기질의 구조를 견고히 하여 피부탄력을 증가시킬 수 있다.
