PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a puncture part of a puncture needle from carelessly projecting from a protector.SOLUTION: A protector 13 mounted on a puncture needle 10 to cover a puncture part 31 of the puncture needle 10 of a puncture device 1 is stored in a storage part 58 of a handle 12 when the puncture needle is inserted in a sheath 11, and accompanies the puncture needle to cover the puncture part when the puncture needle is extracted. The protector 13 has a needle holding part 41 which changes between the pressing state of pressing the outer periphery of the puncture needle 10 to fix the protector 13 to the puncture needle 10 and the release state of releasing the pressing on the outer periphery of the puncture needle 10 to relatively move the protector 13 along the puncture needle 10, and the handle 12 has an operation part for causing the transition from the pressing state of the needle holding part 41 of the protector 13 inserted in the storage part 58 to the release state.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】穿刺針の穿刺部がプロテクタから不用意に突出することを防止する。【解決手段】穿刺装置1の穿刺針10の穿刺部31に被さって穿刺針に装着されるプロテクタ13は、穿刺針がシース11に挿入される際にはハンドル12の留置部58内に留め置かれ、穿刺針が抜去される際には、穿刺部に被さって穿刺針に随伴する。プロテクタ13は、穿刺針10の外周囲を圧迫してプロテクタ13を穿刺針10に固定する圧迫状態と、穿刺針10の外周囲の圧迫を解放してプロテクタ13を穿刺針10に沿って相対移動可能とする解放状態との間で遷移する針保持部41を有し、ハンドル12は、留置部58に挿入されるプロテクタ13の針保持部41を圧迫状態から解放状態に遷移させる作用部を有している。【選択図】図12
