PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out aquaculture and breeding of aquatic organisms on land, it is necessary to have a facility for maintaining a breeding environment temperature and complete biofiltration capability. And the life of aquatic organisms cannot be maintained even if one of them lacks the ability. If energy consumption is too high to maintain and operate the facility and the filtration device, it will be difficult to manage. In addition, coming to this place, large fires due to heat insulating materials have frequently occurred. Insulation materials currently used are resin-based insulation materials, and if a fire occurs, the facility will collapse and it will be difficult to operate the facility afterwards. Furthermore, the local industry does not stand up. [Solution] To prevent the loss of local industries that support the local economy, and to help depopulation and promote the depopulation of young people, this is a non-combustible aquaculture facility and a new non-combustible insulation among the few non-combustible materials. It is a proposal of the invention of a new heat insulating material and a method of using the material. [Selection diagram] Figure 1【課題】 水性生物を陸上で養殖飼育を行うときには、飼育環境温度を維持するための施設と完全な生物濾過能力が必要になる。そしてどちらかが能力不足でも水性生物の生命は維持できない。 施設と濾過装置の維持運営には、エネルギーの消費量がかかり過ぎると経営難に陥る。さらに、ここに来て断熱材による大火災が頻繁に発生するように成った。現在使われている断熱材は樹脂系断熱材が主流で火災に遭うとその施設は崩壊し後の運営は困難になる。まして地場産業は立ち行かない。【解決の手段】 そこで、地域経済を支える地場産業の喪失を防ぎ、人口の流失と若者の定着を促す過疎化対策の一助として養殖施設の不燃化であり数少ない不燃材料のなかでの新しい不燃断熱材の利用方法と新しい断熱材の発明の提案である。【選択図】図1
