Each cavity (62) extends along at least one axis perpendicular to said first axis (Z) by a quantity that is smaller than the extension of said at least one cutting device (5) along said perpendicular axis. Said protrusions (7) comprise: at least one first portion (72) extending along said axis (Z) by a quantity at least equal to said predetermined distance (D)； and at least one striker element (74).
