The present invention relates to a sub-brake system having a hydrostatic transmission for an agricultural working vehicle, capable of transferring power output from an engine to driving wheels. The sub-brake system includes: an oil tank connected to a hydrostatic transmission (HTS) through a drain line for storing hydraulic oil drained from the HTS； an accumulator connected to a first supply line branched from the drain line for receiving and storing hydraulic oil drained from the HTS； a relief valve connected to the accumulator through a second supply line to receive the hydraulic oil stored in the accumulator； a brake cylinder connected to the relief valve through a third supply line to receive the hydraulic oil through the relief valve to generate braking force； a recovery line connecting the brake cylinder and the oil tank to store the hydraulic oil discharged from the brake cylinder into the oil tank； and a bypass line connecting the relief valve and the recovery line to supply the hydraulic oil discharged from the relief valve to the recovery line.본 발명은 정유압식 무단변속장치를 갖는 농업용 작업 차량의 보조 브레이크 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 엔진에서 출력된 동력을 구동륜으로 전달하는 정유압식 무단변속장치를 이용한 작업 차량용 보조 브레이크 시스템에 있어서, 정유압식 무단변속장치와 드레인라인으로 연결되어 정유압식 무단변속장치에서 드레인되는 유압유가 저장되는 오일탱크； 드레인라인에서 분기된 제 1 공급라인에 연결되어 정유압식 무단변속장치에서 드레인되는 유압유가 충진되어 저장되는 어큐뮬레이터； 어큐뮬레이터와 제 2 공급라인으로 연결되어 어큐뮬레이터에 저장된 유압유가 공급되는 릴리프밸브； 릴리프밸브와 제 3 공급라인으로 연결되어 릴리프밸브를 통한 유압유가 공급되어 제동력을 작동시키는 브레이크 실린더； 브레이크 실린더와 오일탱크를 연결하여 브레이크 실린더에서 배출되는 유압유를 오일탱크에 저장시키는 회수라인； 및 릴리프밸브와 회수라인을 연결하여 릴리프밸브에서 배출되는 유압유를 회수라인으로 공급하는 바이패스라인；을 포함하는 정유압식 무단변속장치를 갖는 농업용 작업 차량의 보조 브레이크 시스템을 제공한다.
