The present invention relates to a mechanism for rotating a medicine bag of a large drug wrapping device, and more particularly, a rotating lifting gear having a semi-circular rotating part and a rectangular lifting part integrally formed at one end of a rotary lifting shaft on which a rod-shaped drug wrapping paper is mounted for drug packaging.
