Required medicines are packaged in the unit of a dose by automatically discharging the medicines medicine cassettes according to the prescription of a doctor or a pharmacist. A plurality of cassette magazines are drawably installed at an upper body part of the automatic medicine packing machine. Each cassette magazine is provided at one side thereof with a shelf, in which a medicine cassette is arranged, and provided at an opposite side thereof with a passage member to guide the medicines discharged from the medicine cassette.
