Provided are a foaming oral composition, a foaming oral solid preparation and foaming oral products which have excellent foamability and breath odor removing effects, suppress unpleasant irritant sensation in the mouth and exhibit favorable preservation stability over time. This foaming oral composition comprises (A) an oil and fat-coated organic acid in which a surface of an organic acid is coated with oil and fat and which contains 5-50 mass% of the oil and fat and 50-95 mass% of the organic acid and (B) a carbonate. This foaming oral solid preparation is composed of said composition, and these foaming oral products are produced by hermetically packaging the solid preparation with a packaging body formed with a moistureproof material.
