To provide a sowing device capable of accurately sowing seeds to a plenty of predetermined spots at once, as well as being highly rigid in spite of light weight and certainly discharging seeds held in the seed holding holes in an inner case from the seedling discharging hole in an outer case.
SOLUTION: The sowing device has the top-opened outer case and the inner case slidably inserted into the outer case. The seed holding holes capable of holding a predetermined number of bare seeds are bored through the bottom of the inner case at regular intervals, while seed discharging holes having a diameter larger than the maximum diameter of the seed holding holes are bored through the bottom of the outer case at regular intervals equal to those of the seed holding holes, a side wall of the outer case is made to be removable and a press-biasing means to press and bias the inner case in the direction not to coincide the seed holding hole with the seed discharging hole is placed between the removable side wall and the side wall of the inner case placed opposite to the removable side wall and a sweeper sheet covering a semicircular portion of the seed holding hole is pasted so that an arc part of the sheet locates ON the lower surface of the bottom of and in the superior side of the inner case.
