Disclosed is a smart insole and smart shoes which can judge an emergency situation more accurately. The insole includes an insole body and a driving unit, which is formed to be in contact with a sole on the upper surface of the insole body. The driving unit includes: a sensor module, a GPS module, a wireless communication module, a memory unit, a central processing unit, and a power supply unit. The sensor module comprises: a wear detection sensor module which includes a pressure sensor that senses the physical signals of the body and a temperature sensor that senses physiological signals of the body a behavior detection sensor module which includes an attitude sensor for sensing the body posture and an acceleration sensor for sensing the physical movement of the body. The GPS module identifies the wearer&primes position, and the wireless communication module transmits the wearer&primes position to a third party. The central processing unit detects whether the user is wearing the insole and shoes through the wear detection sensor module according to a control program of the memory unit, and receives the current position from the GPS module and transmits the current position to the third party, when the behavior detection sensor module detects an abnormal posture of the wearer or an acceleration of a body movement over a certain range for a predetermined time. The power supply unit supplies electric power to the sensor module, the GPS module, the wireless communication module, the memory unit, and the central processing unit.
