摘要:
FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for the preparation of a disinfectant that can be used in medicine, veterinary medicine, agriculture, wastewater treatment, as well as in industries where biocidal preparations are required. Method for producing the disinfectant is that hexamethylenediamine and guanidine hydrochloride are charged at a molar ratio of components corresponding to 1 to 5 % of the excess of guanidine hydrochloride, and the components are heated with the agitator to 120 °C. Reaction mixture is then kept at this temperature for 2 hours. Then the temperature of the reaction mass is gradually increased to 140 °C and maintained at this temperature for 1 hour. After that, the temperature of the reaction mass is raised to 160 °C and held at this temperature for 2 hours. Further, the temperature of the reaction mass is gradually increased to 180 °C and maintained at this temperature for 1.5 hours. At the end of the exposure, the temperature of the reaction mass is gradually increased to 215 °C, after which the vacuum pump is turned on and the process continues for 0.5 to 0.7 hours under vacuum with a residual pressure of 0.1–0.9 atm. After that, the vacuum pump is switched off, the pressure in the vessel is raised to atmospheric pressure. Resulting melt is poured into a tray, cooled to room temperature to obtain a clear glassy mass of polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride. Next, the glassy mass is ground and dissolved in hot water. 40 % solution of sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide is added to the resulting solution with stirring, and the flaking aqueous solution is poured off. Resulting polyhexamethyleneguanidine base is washed with warm water and ortho-phosphoric acid or phosphorous acid or oxyethylidenediphosphonic acid or nitrilomethyltritylphosphonic acid is added dropwise while stirring. Resulting phosphorus-containing salt of polyhexamethyleneguanidine is used as a solution or dried in air or in a vacuum and then ground.E
