PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which is excellent in deformation property to a complicated three-dimensional shape before and after fluid absorption, and also excellent in absorbency of a discharged body fluid.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1C comprises: a surface sheet 2 arranged on a skin contact surface side； a rear surface sheet 3 arranged on a non-skin contact surface side； and a particle storage part 4 arranged between both the sheets 2, 3. The particle storage part 4 contains non-swollen particles 41 whose surface has hydrophobic property, whose inside has hydrophilic property, and which are not swollen even contacting a fluid. The particle storage part 4 further contain absorbent particles 42 which absorb a fluid and are swollen. Between the particle storage part 4 and the rear surface sheet 3, an absorber 5 formed of only the absorbent particles 42 is arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】吸液前及び吸液後の何れにおいても、複雑な立体形状への変形性に優れており、且つ排泄された体液の吸収性にも優れている吸収性物品を提供すること。【解決手段】吸収性物品１Ｃは、肌当接面側に配された表面シート２、非肌当接面側に配された裏面シート３、及びこれら両シート２，３間に配された粒子収容部４を備えている。粒子収容部４に、表面が疎水性、内部が親水性で、且つ液に接触しても膨潤しない非膨潤粒子４１が含まれている。粒子収容部４にはさらに、液を吸収して膨潤する吸収性粒子４２も含まれている。粒子収容部４と裏面シート３との間に、吸収性粒子４２のみからなる吸収体５が配されている。【選択図】図４
