An endoscopic needle holder for handling curved needles includes an articulated assembly including a first gripping jaw forming one piece with a duct and a second gripping jaw actuated by the movable core in transverse displacement； the jaws are made of coaxial cylindrical parts with the mobile core； the first jaw has a plurality of longitudinally extending peripheral teeth； the second jaw consists of a cylindrical part with a plurality of peripheral teeth； and the second jaw is movable with respect to the first jaw by a longitudinal linear displacement between a rest position, where the jaws are spaced to delimit, between the ends of the teeth, an interval at least equal to the section of a needle and a close position where they keep the needle curved.L'invention présente un porte-aiguille endoscopique pour la manipulation d'aiguilles courbées comprenant un ensemble articulé comprenant une première mâchoire de préhension (100) solidaire d'un conduit et une seconde mâchoire de préhension (200) actionnée par l'âme mobile (300) en translation, caractérisé en ce que : - lesdites mâchoires (100, 200) étant constituées par des pièces cylindriques coaxiales avec ladite âme mobile (300) - ladite première mâchoire (100) présentant une pluralité de dents périphériques (120, 130, 140) s'étendant longitudinalement, - ladite seconde mâchoire (200) étant constituée par une pièce cylindrique présentant une pluralité de dents périphériques (220, 230, 240) - ladite seconde mâchoire (200) étant mobile par rapport à la première mâchoire (100) par un déplacement linéaire longitudinal entre une position au repos, où les mâchoires (100,200) sont écartées pour délimiter entre les extrémités des dents un intervalle au moins égal à la section d'une aiguille (400) et une position rapprochée où elles maintiennent l'aiguille courbée (400).
